Versatile Home and Commercial Wine Cellar Cooling Units by CellarPro

When you’re looking for a wine cellar cooling unit brand with proven experience, reliability, and custom satisfaction, CellarPro’s home and commercial wine cellar cooling units check everything. This company has been in the wine cellar industry for decades, and the dream started with the production of the infamous Le Cache Premium Wine Cabinets.

With the realization of the limitations and shortcomings of the available wine refrigeration systems at that time, the company decided to expand into manufacturing its own wine cellar cooling units. That was 2008.

Fast forward to the present day, CellarPro has become one of the world’s leading wine cellar cooling manufacturers, serving not only the United States but also international clients with their 220v and 230v cooling systems. From self-contained, easy-to-install cooling units to ductless split systems, you can find the right energy-efficient equipment to preserve your precious wine collection! Learn more about CellarPro’s range of products below!

Self-Contained Residential and Commercial Wine Cellar Cooling Units

CellarPro’s self-contained wine cooling systems are designed for residential and commercial custom wine cellars and cabinets between 200 cubic feet – 2,200 cubic feet. It features five (5) product lines: The Houdini Series, The VS Series, The 1800 Series, The 3200 Series, and The 4200 series.

1. The Houdini Series

Small and shallow storage units can benefit the most from the Houdini series. You don’t have to spend more for larger systems that couldn’t be maximized by your small space. This self-contained, fully charged line with energy-efficient fans can cool wine storage units up to 900 cubic feet and operate at a BTUH range between 1864 and 3492.

Each Houdini unit comes with a bottle probe that helps measure the temperature inside the cellar more accurately. And if you’re living overseas, there’s also a 220 Houdini available.

2. The VS Series

Unlike the Houdini Series, the VS Series features self-contained wine cooling systems designed to be installed either inside the cellar or outdoors. Externally installed VS units come with high-output compressors, massive coils for maximum cooling power, and a range hood to protect them from weather elements.

VS Series units come with an intuitive LED display, serve wine storage units up to 2,200 cubic feet, and operate with BTUH range between 1886 to 6438. 220V models are also available for overseas customers.

3. The 1800 Series

Designed to accommodate cellars up to 400 cubic feet in size, these cooling units come pre-charged and self-contained, alleviating the need for complex installation procedures.

The CellarPro 1800 Series covers a BTUH range of 1065 to 1886, allowing you to select a unit that aligns precisely with the cooling demands of your space. The versatility of the series is further exemplified by its range of options. Whether you’re dealing with a 110v or 220v power supply, these units are equipped to accommodate both.

Maintenance is made hassle-free by CellarPro with the Maintenance-Needed Indicator, which promptly notifies users when it’s time to service the unit. Operating free of vibrations, you can have peace of mind that your wine’s aging process is not negatively impacted.

4. The 3200 Series

The CellarPro 3200 Series is designed to cater to small and medium-sized wine cellars, ranging from 400 to 800 cubic feet in size. Its dimensions of 14.25″ W x 25.1″ D x 19.7″ H make it a convenient fit between existing wall studs. Once set up, all it takes is a simple plug-in, and your wine collection will start cooling right away. Just make sure you have a dedicated 20 amp 115V/60Hz circuit ready. These cooling units work efficiently within temperatures from 20°F to 115°F, and if you encounter freezing temperatures, we recommend considering the low ambient kit option.

5. The 4200 Series

The CellarPro 4200 Series suits wine cellars spanning from 500 to 1500 cubic feet in size. Similar to the 3200 series, it measures 14.25″ W x 25.1″ D x 19.7″ H, making installation a breeze. You won’t need professional assistance, as there’s no requirement for setting or charging refrigerant lines. The 4200 model necessitates a dedicated 20 amp circuit at 115V/60Hz and remains effective within temperature ranges of 20°F to 15°F.

Delivering exceptional performance, the CellarPro 4200VS wine cooling units feature adjustable humidity control and variable-speed fans, ensuring quiet operation. Engineered to endure extreme conditions (+115°F), these units are adaptable for both indoor and outdoor setups. Adjustable mounting brackets, a condensate evaporator, and variable-speed fan control are included in all models. Ducting can be accommodated up to 50 feet from either the front or rear of the unit. These units can maintain temperatures 55-60 degrees lower than the ambient temperature.

Split-System Residential and Commercial Wine Cellar Cooling Units

If you have a large wine cellar spanning up to 8,000 cubic feet, we recommend going with CellarPro’s split system cooling units. Their split refrigeration systems encompass both indoor and outdoor units. With a BTUH range spanning from 2671 to 18200, these units are engineered to deliver exceptional cooling performance. You can choose from either ducted or ductless evaporators, allowing you to select the configuration that best suits your cellar’s layout and requirements.

Whether you seek vertical or horizontal evaporators, our CellarPro split system provides versatile solutions to maintain the perfect wine storage conditions for your collection.

1. The Mini Split System 3000 and the CellarPro 4000

The CellarPro Mini Split 3000 and CellarPro Model 4000 Split Systems are designed with smaller wine cellars in mind, perfect for spaces up to 1000 cubic feet. Their compact dimensions, measuring just 16.6″ W x 12.6″ D x 22.1″ H, won’t take up much wall space, so you can maximize your bottle storage. To power them up, you’ll need a standard, dedicated 20-amp 115V/60Hz circuit.

When it comes to setting them up, CellarPro gives you a couple of choices:

  • You can wire up the condensing unit to work hand-in-hand with the evaporator. That means you only need one power outlet in your wine cellar. Plus, this setup can handle seriously cold temperatures as low as -20°F.
  • If you prefer some separation of powers, you can control the condensing unit by its own solenoid valve. This means you’ll have two power sources: one for the condenser unit and another for the evaporator unit.

Whether you’re leaning towards teamwork or a bit of autonomy, these split systems have got you covered.
